Hello! My name is Raena, founder and operator of Raediant Beauty Hair Studio in Ocala, Fl. To start off, Iโd like to welcome you to Raediant Beauty, a place that touches more hearts than hair. I am a licensed hair expert with over 10 years experience, and a BAS degree holder in Marketing, Administration and Corporate Management. Growing up as the daughter of an incredibly gifted Mother, and hairstylist, her support has fueled all of my hopes and dreams into becoming my own BOSS! Serving mastery in haircuts, hairstyles, hair coloring, hair treatments and eyebrow services. My specialities include unique balayage and foilyage coloring. My goal is to provide exceptional customer service and unmatched hair artistry that enhances clients beauty inside out! On day 7 all deposits will be deducted from card on file. โก Consultation appointments require a $30 nonrefundable deposit. โก All chemical appointments will require a $30 nonrefundable deposit that will go toward the total service. โก All extension appointments will require a $30 nonrefundable deposit that will go toward the total service. โก Any special accommodation appointment ie: special event, specialty service will require a nonrefundable $75 deposit that will go toward the total service. Will require to book at least 8 weeks in advance. ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: โก All online guest appointments must contact me after scheduling. This ensures correct services were scheduled and ample time between guests. โก A card on file will be required to book appointments. If necessary, overdue deposits and cancellation/no show fees will be automatically processed. โก Guests have a limit of TWO reschedules BACK TO BACK. The THIRD will result in a nonrefundable $30 fee. โก Any chemical service cancellations & reschedules will need to be made 7 days ahead of time. No exceptions! โก Any non chemical service cancellations/reschedules will need to be made 5 days ahead of time. No exceptions! ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: โก Confirmations must be confirmed 72hrs prior to set appointment. Failure to will result in appointment cancellation. โก Late fee of $15 will be required if 5-15 minutes past appointment time. Over 15 minutes late will result in immediate reschedule of appointment. Cancellation Policy
โก Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you have to reschedule/cancel any chemical service, this will need to be made 7 days ahead of time. No exceptions!
โก Any non chemical service cancellations/reschedules will need to be made 5 days ahead of time. No exceptions!
โก Failure in rescheduling/canceling within policy will result in 50โ100% total service fee. (situations vary)
โก Same day cancellations will result in a nonrefundable 50% of total service fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
โก No call no shows are UNACCEPTABLE. Client will be subjected to 100% total service fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
